That is such a sad story :( I was wondering whether anyone knew if it was just a run of incredibly bad luck or whether one thing made the next more likely - like does having polycystic ovaries make it more likely for the baby to be born early etc?

So tragic, but they have those days to remember when they were a family together. It's so sad. I can't imagine how they must be feeling.
