Any takers? Any experience? What do you think of it? Were you successful?

Oh Nici, don't bother, you only look a wee slim thing, I tried it when I was very young, too young and was successful, but cos of the ketones you get bad breath, and I don't think your even supposed to have chewing gum or anything. I know a few ppl that have tried it and done really well, but then eventually put loads back on quite quickly afterwards. Anyway, at the end of the day tis up to you, but it was revolting when I did it, and expensive, but that was alot of years ago, maybe the shakes aren't as horrible now x

I think a big sticky plaster is whats required for me, or one of them shocker things every time I put some crap/too much/eat too quickly, I think that would work quite well for me x

Woman at work lost loads on it and it seem to just fall off her but its all packet soups and bars isnt it? I like the proper diets like slimming world where you can eat as much as you like of certain stuff. Im crap at calorie counting and eating little meals. I lost 4 stone on slimming world a few years ago and it was effortless once you worked out what a red and a green day was. Im off to join up again next week have a whole wardrobe of Monsoon clothes that I cant get a leg in and Im all whingy about it so its time for action!

We should have a diet thread!
