A cup of hot choc, curled up in bed, watching a soppy film... Perfect!!
(Apart from the fact that I know I wont sleep tonight and will probably still be staring at the ceiling at 3am!!)
It makes a change from gin and tonic and 4 hour telephone calls, my normal habits when sleep escapes me!!

Music is one of my main destressers (is that actually a word?) but have opted for the hot choc and film combo tonight!!!

So how does everyone else relax and chill then?

Yummy hot chocolate with marshmellows. I love lights and candles, so we have a twig with lights on it. Soft music and sitting on the deck. Must admit doesnt happen often, ususally hot chocky in bed with myles

No teenagers which means peace and quiet...a good book or CSi...a large bag of pick and mix or Ben and Jerrys ice cream and my lovely hubby to cuddle upto...well i can dream can't i

Hmmm - it does seem that the main source of stress relief around here comes from chocolate!

Of course, the only reason I eat it is because, "Scientists reported preliminary evidence recently that cocoa and other chocolates may keep high blood pressure down, your blood flowing and your heart healthy..."

Yeah right...
