Have just been hearing about this on the lunchtime news. It is something we should bear in mind. However, at the end of the day - it is up to couples to decide when they want children and if they accept the risks then who are we to say otherwise.
I know many women who have had babies in there 40's without any problems and those in their 20's who have, so I personally find statistics like this a bit of a mute point. KS x

Quite, another statistic to make people worry - why can't stats be saved for the things that REALLY matter?
