I am so sorry to hear that to be honest i am surprised they let you discharge yourself if they were thinking you have a clot in your lungs...make sure you DO go to hospital tomorrow and get yourself sorted it is imperative, look after yourself and keep us informed

Sorry to hear that! I hope you start to feel better soon whatever happens, and keep us up to date. My best friend is anemic, and I've seen how it can affect her, so I only hope you don't have it as bad.

It is not surprising you walked out of the place that you obviously do not trust and that holds a lot of dark memories for you. I hope that they will be able to pinpoint the problem for you and that you make a speedy recovery. You have been through so much.
