Exclamation heya...yr 3 student needing your help for an assignment! : )
Im a 3rd yr nursing - child branch student. Have bn introduced to this site through a friend who is a student midwife, thanks TallPoppy!!! . I am writing an assignment on neonatal resuscitation & would like to critically analyse the current framework from the Resus. Council UK. Would be very grateful for any recommendations of sites, journals, texts etc. Have already begun the literature search & have realised the complexity of the topic, therefore would appreciate any tips! Thank you.

Hi Liz,

Welcome to the site, great to have you here.

Sorry I can't help with your search, but as a first year we are only concentrating on normal birth at the moment. So I haven't come across anything that could be useful for you.

Good luck with it, and hope someone can give you some advice/pointers.

hey! have found a few authors who have written articles on similar issues which i could apply 2 my essay; ethics, resus, NICU etc. still not decided on what gestational age to research & health profile of mother. the articles are a bit out date i.e. 2001-3 (Crawford & Power '01, Turrell 2003 pt 1 &2) but i think i can still use them! lol! have found a few recent ones..yaay! (Teasdale 2007)

hey
I have just completed my NLS corse and then funny old thing had a final exam about it. The book that you are given from the course is by the British resus Council UK the web site is www.resus.org.uk.
