im jools im 37 yrs young i have four children aged 17,14,2,1 ive wanted to be a midwife since being inspired when i was first pregnant(18 yrs ago and i still remember her name ) ive just embarked on a dlc course thanks to the information on this site, and i dont mind sayin i am quietly petrified and loudly excited!!!!!!!!! long way to go yet but im gonna get there.
Dont think i will get a bursery though becuase its a degree course and i think my partner has to support me (fat chance) if anybodys got info would be much appreciated xxx

for your bursary have a look at www.nhsstudentgrants.co.uk, there is a calculator wher you can estimate what you will get, you can also get a non-means tested student loan which is roughly £2,200 perr year.
