First year student midwife!

I'm just so excited to finally get started. was going to start the access last year but discovered I was pregnant (very happy surprise) so I just put becoming a midwife into the back of my mind because I throught it will be to stressful with three kids under four. Then a couple of months ago I flicking through channels and happened accross student midwives (had been avoiding programs like this for ages) and my heart literatly skipped a heart beat. By the next day I had an interview for my access course. I know it is still going to be stressful and hard work all of the time ( I stand corrected lol) but I just can't explain - I have to do it.

Hi welcome to the site!! I'm about to start access in Sept and I have 2 young children too - it's going to be tough juggling everything but I can't wait!! You'll love it here - everyone is so friendly and helpful
