Hi

I'm going to be applying at Universities near where i am at the moment as my gran has just been diagnosed with a terminal illness, so i'm staying here for an extra year, and following that i will be moving away with my girlfriend, so then i'll hopefully be transferring.

So far i've been looking at Edge Hill, Manchester, Liverpool, Chester etc.

I applied to Manchester and Salford and got interviews and offers at both. Going further afield wasn't really an option for me because of the kids.

Go to all the Open Day's and get a feel for each place. I would also recommend asking about placement areas because if it is too far to travel then it could mean you either don't accept a place or have to leave.
