Lead Midwife - Band 8B Community, Midwifery led unit & ANC £46,109 - £56,047 p.a. inc. We are looking for a proactive, self motivated individual to lead on moving forward the normality agenda on our midwifery led unit & community services. The success of the midwifery led unit underpins the maternity expansion plans underway within the hospital and therefore this post is critical in taking forward this agenda. You will be innovative and able to challenge traditional boundaries to enable us to continue providing a first class maternity service. In addition, you will have strong leadership/change management skills and be a good communicator with the ability to motivate and develop the team. You will have proven experience in a senior managerial position and will be able to demonstrate creative and strategic thinking. Recent community experience would be advantageous.
