This is the peeps I am in touch with at the mo...
Hmmm. NZ is very appealing, and there may not be improved circumstances by the time I qualify (the NQ's at our trust got only 7.5 hours a week each) I am seriously considering going!

7.5 hours? jeeezz. I was shocked at 12 hours pw for the year above me.... looks like we may both be going...
