New Graduate Midwives - Dublin, Ireland


Midwives, University Maternity Hospital, Dublin, Ireland

The Coombe Women & Infants University Hospital, one of Ireland’s leading maternity hospitals is now seeking to recruit new graduate midwives and experienced midwives to join their team.

This busy academic teaching hospital and national referral centre for women and babies boasted over 8,500 births last year alone.

Services provided include; ante, intra and post natal care, parent education, family planning, neonatal nursing, including special and intensive care, gynaecology, cervical screening, colposcopy and untrasonography.

There are approximately 640 fulltime staff employed throughout the hospital and there are numerous opportunities available for midwife new graduates to start their burgeoning career here.

As a University Hospital there are many training and development opportunities available and new graduates are well supported through the successful preceptorship programme.

Benefits for these positions include;
  • Salary starting of €31,098 (£24,769)
  • 2-3 months on site accommodation
  • Financial assistance with ongoing education
  • Exemption from green card charges (if applicable)
