RCM concerned about 26 midwives in "registration limbo"

Commenting on the Nursing and Midwifery Council's decision Thursday to reverse its decision to allow specialist community public health nurses to renew their NMC registration without first renewing their midwifery registration, the Royal College of Midwives has expressed concern about 26 midwives on the SPCHN (Specialist Community Public Health Nurse) who no longer have an effective midwifery registration.
