Early warning system wins Belfast midwives top awardTwo Belfast midwives have scooped a top midwifery award for designing an Early Warning Scoring System (EWSS) to highlight developing complications in childbirth. Margaret Rogan and Heather Kyle of the Royal Jubilee Maternity Service received their award at the Royal College of Midwives Annual Awards in London on Thursday 17 January 2008. More...
