please can someone tell me....

how im supposed to evaluate my feelings about my 1st few weeks at uni. Also how do i analyse this and use references. Im using Gibbs so i also need to describe my action plan.

Im well and truly stuck

Set the Gibbs headings out and answer the questions. You'll only need to reference things like what you have learnt say for example you witnessed some greatbreast feeding support in a position you didnt know about, then go off and research it a bit and then add your references to that part of the reflection.

Your action plan is just how you plan to work through your feelings and experience so its basically the Gibbs headings. Gibbs is great in year 1 as you answer the questions and bobs your uncle, job done

Can't really add to that. Gibb's is long, but really good for getting you to the point of reflection as it were..

Anything that you do learn, as TallPoppy says will need to be referenced and don't forget to mention NICE guidelines and trust protocols aswell, for extra brownie points!

I would help but I never reference my reflections in all 4 years we've never been told we had to-until about 5 weeks ago hmm nice timing, portfolio needs to be done in 5 weeks and I have to ref 4 years of reflection nonononono not I, but good luck with it all xx
