Exclamation Midwifery by 10 teachers-Referencing?

Has anyone used this book at all???

I'm struggling to reference it. As the title says, it written my 10 midwifery lecturers.
Usually, with something like this, each chapter has it's own or a few writers and these are listed within the book (at the beginning under chapter heading or under the chapter heading at the start of that chapter).
This book however does not list who wrote what where!!! It has some referencing within each chapter (NICE etc) but does not say anywhere who wrote what

So, how do I refernce this ??? Does anyone know? I fed up now and it's not even 11am

I was always taught that if its multipal authors, you use the first authors name followed by "et al"

check this out...

I have used it, but can't remember what I did. Let me go and have a nosey, and I'll get back to you.

I think I just referenced it Holmes, D. and Baker, P.N. (eds.) etc, etc. Not sure if that was right though.

Well, I decided to email my tutor and ask her. She has emailed me back and isn't sure herself so is going to get the book tomorrow and have a look

Thanks for all the help and I'll let you know what she says
