Have a search on Mary Cronk and Jane Evans, bound to find something...
If you can get on their study day (Day at the breech) it's well worth it - they talk about when C/S is truly indicated for breech, as well as teaching the physiology of the vaginal breech.

Its the Hannah trial that you are looking for. That seems to be the research upon whch my trust offer elective LSCS to women with breech babies after 37 weeks. I will see if I can find the full reference

I can recommened Mary Cronk`s study day ` A Day at the Breech" I went last year and found it wonderful and Mary stunning to listen to

Have you been reading these? They are a part of my curriculum, and might inspire you:

Hannah et al (2000): Planned caeserean section versus planned vaginal birth for breech presentation at term. (The Lancet, vol 356, oct 21, 2000)

and

Alarab, M, Regan, C et al. (2004): Singleton vaginal breech delivery at term, still a safe option. (Obstetrics and gynecology vol 103, no 3, march 2004

/Greetings
