This is a good exampe of a vaginal birth, notice how in one shot the head is vertical and in the next its horizontal, this is the result of restitution, where the baby turns, sadly they missed that bit but its a great example of a baby crowning.

Suctioning babies on the perineum is a hot topic, some do, some dont, it has been argued that it forces mucus into the lungs in some cases.

hhahhaha Olly I was the same! R was like, what? I was waffling on, too much draperage, get off her perineum and whats with checking for the cord like that? and the way he just pulled babe up towards mum, Im shouting go down go down first... but all that side it a great video of crowning if you havent seen one before.....and restitution before and after..... hence why I posted it!
