| assuming you will be entitled to maximum amount, the money for you will work out to about £750 a month. You will be entitled to childcare on top of that, but cant tell you how much as not quite sure of charges for 4! I know the maximum for 2 children is £170 a week. But, check out calculator as above post says. You will also be entitled to counctil tax benefit and housing benfit is oyu do not own your own home x

if you get all that, which minus childcare is about £750 a month i presume, why are you then not entitled to HB, surely you should qualify???

| I presume because my council count it as income, and therefore I get too much to qualify for HB. Most of my cohort who get a bursary had their HB reduced or stopped also. I have no idea how they work these things out, but maybe it's the fact that they now take into account rent as well as mortgage when assessing what bursery you are entitled to. | They also take into account your loan
