another question is do i have to apply for a bursery, as i have dont the bursery calculator and will recieve £0, so there is no point. it also brings down the student loan so if i dont apply i will get more of a student loan. if this makes sense?? so do you have to apply for a bursery or not??xxx

I am sorry Katie, but I am not sure on that one. Maybe giving them a call would be the best idea, then they can tell you exactly what you need to fill in.

Katie, I think u have to apply for the bursary even if u dont get any thing. i think its something to do with the government covering your tuition fees.

That's correct. You must still apply in order to recieve the loan.

Im having issues with the student loan applications as well.

I have to complete the form as per what my passport says (ie my name) i dont want to send my passport of 4 weeks before i go on hols incase it doesnt come back in time. the only other option is to apply with my birth certificate but then i have to get some one to sign forms to support my application and my application has to be made in my maiden name as per the name on my birth certificate

its an absolute nightmare.
