Thanks for letting us know i would have been waiting forever for the form, maybe when they send the Reg number there will be a note telling us about downloading the forms.

yes the guy, did say the letter would contain instructions on how to get your form, but the link above is the one you need so it wouldn't hurt to start filling them in you will be ahead off yourself the, and that has to be a bonus lololol
i am hardly ever ahead of myself lolol. x x

for those on continuing bursary just thought i would point this out.
For those entitled to childcare costs and dependants allowance also, you need to fill in seperate forms for these, as well as the reapplication form. Below are the forms that i used for my personal circumstances:

this one is the reapplication for degree bursary for those in receipt of an income assessed award:
http://www.nhspa.gov.uk/sgu/Forms/08...eg)Sept-08.pdf

this is the application/reapplication for dependants allowance
http://www.nhspa.gov.uk/sgu/Forms/08...ps)Sept-08.pdf

this is the application/reapplication for childcare costs
http://www.nhspa.gov.uk/sgu/Forms/08...CA)Sept-08.pdf

basically, if you are single and pay childcare, you need to fill out all 3!
Hope I haven't managed to confuse anyone!

erm, not sure am liking my new title, you KNOW how i feel about the bursary peeps! I would have thought that you would need to fill out 3 forms as well, as you have dependants, you pay for childcare and you need to do the general reapplication form as well.
