Default NHS Student numbers

Hi,
This may be a stupid question, but how do we find out what our student NHS number is so that we can apply for a bursary?

I think it gets sent to you, along with the bursary information, from your chosen university. Not 100% sure though! I'm sure someone will be able to give you more info than me... Lol
