Default Re: Bursary's/money/etc - have i got this right?

I started last September.
I get on top of the basic amount, the parents learning allowance (I think this replaced the mature student and single parents allowances?), dependents allowance (I am married, hubby is on a low wage though) and 25% off council tax.

Maybe they have changed the dependants allowance, as I recieve it for mine.

Depends on a few things... wages, whether the children are actually his, mortgage/rent costs etc x

Thanks guys, it's such a minefield this money lark isn't it!
Think I'll definitely give them a call, see if they can help me out with figures & stuff. My OH isn't on a great wage, so at least we should get something anyway!

Thanks again for all the info, it's a great help
