Put in CV's as a search on the net, they give you some examples of CV's on there, but you don't have to put DOB or children or anything anymore.
Genearally name address, occupation/previous etc.. qualifications from school/college, hobbies and a little statement about yourself in general x

Maybe she means to write a bit about yourself, like the gals say personal details but perhaps also 'I understand the role of the midwife to be x, y, z' and then say what transferable skills you have and what you will bring to midwifery.

as i only left school last year, they gave us loads of support on writing ours!
most of them start with your address and contact details then a quick three line personal statement.
basically along the lines of;
I am a (insert something describing your personality/job) who really enjoys ( insert what you enjoy but makie it relevent e.g working in teams, using IT)

i hope this helps and let me know if you want me to send you my CV as a guidline!!
good luck
Jemxxx
