Default Whats your age groups on your cohort?

Just being a bit nosey here, how are people finding their age groups and age ranges on their cohorts. Im one of the youngest at 18 on my course, though we seem very equally split in the middle of under 21's and over 30's? I suppose its because some people have always known what they have wanted to do and others have had babys of their own and then "had a moment of madness" and found a new career.

Whats it like on your cohort? xx

Ours is from 18 - 50, and it seems to be evenly split too.

Hi Sarah!!
Tis me one of the oldies lol!!!! I think it's really nice that we have a varied age range, i don't know about you but i've found that at first we were quite split but now seem to be getting closer? I was so worried that i was going to be the oldest, so feel alot more relaxed than i thought i would!!!
Nearly our first placement!!! Woohooooooooo can't wait lololol!!!!
xx

Quite a range really. There are a few 18 ish girls, up to about 50. The average is around 30 though. Most of us have kids too.

At the start we were all divided up as some of us knew eachother. We all get together now though and it doesn't really matter what age any of us are, we are all in this together!

My cohort it kinda half an half - some were 18 (i was 19) while the eldest were in their late 40's early 50's. It's a real mix of those of us who have no babies of our own through to the grandma's of the group.

The eldest in our group worked as MCA's prior to starting the course, (the middles group) some are mums themselves and some are fresh faced and always fancied themselves as midwives! lol
