Essex HypnoBirthing Study Day

Essex HypnoBirthing are proud to present the first of their HypnoBirthing study days, the day is intended to provide you with more information on HypnoBirthing so that you are better able to understand the techniques and how to support couples using them and will feature presentations, the showing of some filmed English HypnoBirths, real life Essex HypnoBirthing mums sharing their experiences and a chance to enjoy some relaxation in our light hypnosis session as well as the opportunity to ask lots of questions of course!


Cost: FREE for all NHS midwives and student midwives.
