Default Hi to all the student midwives

Hope you are are all enjoying your courses.

I thought it might be a good idea (or not ) to say a little bit about ourselves and what year we are on our courses?

I am a new first year at Salford uni, I started in September this year, and I am loving it.

I have 3 grown up children, and 6 grandchildren

Over to you

Pauline

I am in my first year . I am enjoying the course and pleased with my progress.

I so far have had the dubious pleasure of handing in four essays and doing a presentation. My results were much better than expected (still think they must have got them mixed up)

We are back in placement , my first in the hospital and a new trust for me too, much nearer to home.

Unfortunately also back to struggling with essays aswell, but I have been more organised than last time and have managed to get all of my research done at least (it's just sitting down and writing!)

I also have two children, one of which was born at my trust.

I AM LOVING IT!!!!!

Sara, and you know I love you, just a word of warning that as NZers we are VERY distinguishable on forums. be very careful of your confidentiality, because it would not be hard for uni lecturers to "recognise" you. I had it happen by one (N) on SMS. Just letting you know, cause I am sure she will soon find this one too.

Are you serious babe? OMG Thank you for the word of warning, I hope you are keeping busy and not too sleep deprived.

We seriously need to catch up again for lunch.

Thinking of you

Was feeling bad this morning that I never got that stuff on jaundice to you, but if you want to get together over the weekend for a pre exam quick fire, I am free all but tomorrow afternoon. Even online/ phone.
