LOL! Yeah, I do that too, I feel exhausted afterwards!! I need tea and toast, nevermind the woman! lol. First time I saw an Episiotomy, which was a particularly awful one (as if they all aren't awful!) , I have never crossed my legs so tightly, and abstained from bedroom antics for.... well, some time!

Ha ha I used to push all the time and only tend to now when she's been pushing quite a while, otherwise they push I pull the old pelvic floor up, mw's insist you should do it, it works a treat x

Doing pelvic floor exercises whilst conducting a delivery - see, women were made to multi-task.

Hehe, if we all did that and then told the women that's what we had been doing when we discuss pelvic floor exercises with her, she might be more inclined to try them herself.
