Default Sharing and learning

I think it is great that we can come on here and ask questions and for advice about things we are stuck on, and get such great answers from so many lovely people.

I also think it is really good when we see a question that someone has asked, and we feel we can chip in and give an answer, even if it is only part of an answer, it helps us realise how much we have actually taken in and learnt whilst at uni and on placement. When others give a more in depth answer it gives us yet another opportunity to learn even more.

MM. xx

Thanks Kate,

I have been sat here thinking about the post Tink put on about her exam, and as I was able chip in with my little bit in answer to that, and feel I had actually remembered something I had been taught. I was also able to learn a lot from Tracy's reply, so to me it works both ways.

I know just what you mean Tink, this is a wonderful haven of people and information. But I think it is the people and the support so freely given that makes it what it is.

Did you manage to find any Info?

The family feel of the site makes it very easy to ask questions without being made to feel silly and the support we all get is, as MM said, wonderful. We all learn from each other, we all give opinons freely and learn to form opinions on subjects completely alien to us. It's hard to believe the site has only been running since Oct/Nov and most of us feel as if we've known each other for years. Well done to J ™ and Rob for making it possible.

I've formed long lasting friendships with people I've never met and Josies blog on running a forum in pajamas says it all so well. We hurt when others are hurting, we celebrate when others are celebrating and we all pull together when someone is havng a rough time. It's fantastic.

Big thanks again to J and R and everyone here who makes the site special in their own little way.

xx

Well said Kate,

I can't believe this site has only been running for such a short time either, and I have made some wonderful friends here that will stay my friends long after I have qualified.

Thanks for making it all possible J ™ & Rob, we would all be so lost without this brilliant haven.

How very true! you are all wonderful people and we have got a really good thing going on here.

I love being part of this family who all care about each other and want everyone to succeed at their assignments. We are all about to join or are a part of a caring profession, so what better way to show it than to each other.

Cheers my friends!
