went to an antenatal ed workshop at the ARM conference last year. I didn't think it was that great tbh, but one good thing she did was to give us all a pot of bubbles to blow. Workshop leader explained that she gave them to Mums in her classes to get them think about controlled breathing which was akin to action of blowing a bubble. Thought it was quite a good analogy that would get mums thinking about their breathing at crucial times
