Default Personal development Plan (PDP)

Does anyone else use personal development plans at their uni?

I am so behind with mine lol, we have to have them up to date and submit ours in July, so I am going to have to get my act together and start filling it in next week.

We have to do an action plan for each module stating what we want to learn etc, one for study and one for clinical placement, then we have to follow that up by saying what we have achieved, and what we haven't. We also have to put at least one reflection in it.

I am still trying to get my head around it to be honest, and that is partly why mine isn't done.

It is also going to be our portfolio, so we can add things as we go along, for example- I have included my student mentor certificate, and will add my uni rep one when i get it, any cards etc you get off the women you look after, that kind of thing.
