Yes, but its hard to get to work with someone else and we have to do so many hours with mentor, and harder again if the week is split between uni and placement. It helps when there is a backup mentor allocated to you to match placement days of course. which didn't happen on my last placement.

We work long days, 7am-7.30pm.. and long nights 7pm-7.30am.. 3 shifts one week, 2 shifts the next.. Usually have 5 week placements so we do 2 weeks of 2 shifts, 2 weeks of 3 shifts, and a week with 2 shifts and a half shift.. I love nights! Days are ok.. But I hate getting up in the morning lol... No we don't get bank hours if we miss breaks or stay over...
