Default So many things to do, so little time.

I have got a million and one things to do and so little time to do them all. I have a presentation to finish for tomorrow (why do I always leave these things until the last minute?) shopping to do cos I couldn't be bothered to do it yesterday, cleaning to do as my house is calling out for some tlc, exams to revise for, garden that resembles a neglected jungle the list just goes on!

I used to have a life and manage things reasonably well, now I feel I just stumble from one thing to the next, and always seem to be playing catch up. Is it always like this, or am I just super unorganised?????

hi MM i really do feel for you

you really could be writing about me

it may help you but this is what i would do

leave the housework and garden its not priority at the moment

prepare for your presentation because that is the most important at this time

quick run round to do the shopping you have to eat to keep your strength up

when are your exams maybe you could write yourself a time table, remember it wont work if you try and cram everything in

revise for 20 mins have a little break then go back to it for 20 mins

good luck MM

When I think back to when I did my Nursing...lol
Beans on toast was a great sunday lunch, the garden was mowed when it got knee high, the shopping was always hmmm whats left in the cupboards. But I'm really disorganised anyway!!!! Holidays are coming though for you I guess. Good luck for the presentation. I had my Inerview last week and now have two long long weeks to wait for an answer! Is that picture of u?
Chill out presentation comes first, right? lol. Take care xxx

Hi groovychick,

I am glad I am not the only one who feels like this.

My first exams are on the 30th of June, then the others are on the 15/16th July, so will be here before I know it, there is so much to learn for them, and so much to try and remember.

Thanks for the tips, I will try them.

Like the others have said you have to prioritise your work. Get others if you can to help with shopping and gardening. Concentrate on whats important at the moment with your studies. A timetable is a great idea, by the end of your course you will superb at managing and prioritising your work. Good luck with your exams x

A timetable sounds a fab idea.

Good luck with getting all your work done, i agree with doing what is most important first done first, then concentrating on what's next, housework will still be there when you have time xx

Don't put too much on yourself and have regular breaks.

I know how you feel hun!! Too much to do and so little time!!

I used to think I was quite organised but now not so sure. I always seem to have so much to do. Concentrate on studying and get some rest and eat. The housework and garden will still be there later.

Thanks everyone for your advice and support. I have managged to get my presentation finished for tomorrow, so that is one less thing I need to do.

I have shut my eyes to the housework, but managed to pull up a few weeds this afternoon with the assistance of my lovely Granddaughters and Grandson.
