I think it's great, anything which gives parents extra peace of mind is good. Also, if there is problem, surely it's better to pick it up early?

Although they don't mention how accurate it is, I wonder how many babies might give an abnormal result but turn out to be fine - that would be a lot of heartache for nothing for those parents.
