What a great first witness GC, so pleased you were able to see that. Before you know it you will be catching your first baby.
Nights are a killer, I am still shattered after mine and have no energy whatsoever.

Wooo fantastic. It is such an amazing feeling that first birth, especially when it's as natural and beautiful as that. Keep that memory with when you have an unpleasent experience. I know for me, it's the only thing that has kept me sane at times, lol.

That makes it even more special GC,
I cared for a lady yesterday on PN ward, and it turned out I had seen her on my first community placement when she came in to book. It was lovely to see her with her beautiful son. I agree, the atmosphere on nights is lovely, I enjoyed the shifts, just not the overwhelming tiredness that goes with it. Good luck on getting your other witnesses, and really hope you get your first delivery love. Have everything crossed for you. I have an assignment to do as well, but I am so tired I can't even think straight lol.

What a lovely first couple of witnesses, was the 2nd one a waterbirth? I love waterbirths they are so calm arent they? how lovely for you and your client that you knew oneanother, even just being a familiar face can really help (both of you!!)
