Hi, yeah all good thanks - not much was said at all about the complaint and they said sorry for handling it so badly etc - feeling much better!

Thanks for all your kind words everybody - you really helped me so very much - without you I may never gone to face the music - and found out that it really wasn't such a big deal afterall - pretty much just everyone having a bad day!

Been told I need to do a reflection on it

so plan to reflect my socks off about 'the dark underbelly'! Any good references for me anyone???? J????!!

Now, I have an exam in 10 days and I've not even begun my revision! I'm must stop

and jolly well get on with it!

Yay,

I am soooo glad it all ended well for you, and that it wasn't anywhere near as bad as you feared. Although these things rarely are, they are scary at the time though.

A reflection would be a great idea, it would help you get all your thoughts and feelings down on paper, then to leave them there.

I am sorry I don't really have any references that spring to mind, but I am sure someone will be able to share some with you.

Now, go get revising for that exam love, and really hope you get great results, you deserve it after all this.
