| Right, I have decied I want to be a community midwife when I graduate. Now I have heard the usual form was to complete 6-12 months consolidation of practice in the hospital and then you could apply for community position after that. I am hearing newly's going straight out. What is happening in your area? What are you opinions on this subject? That said, there may be no jobs, but I am not thinking about that just yet

| Our trust will not let newly qualifieds out on community, until at least 12 months experience, but there again they won't employ anyone boohoo
