| In my head at the moment I feel that I will be strong and stand up and be counted but it is such a different senario when you are the junior on the ward and you are there in a position of learning. Not the right moment to challenge your collegues or the system. As you say though with experience comes confidence and we will hopefully be that champion for the ladies in out care as well as remain friendly with our peers. An impossible task one could be forgiven for thinking but God loves a trier and that's all we can do. I really should now go and finish my English essay. Been putting it off and putting it off but got to be in for tomorrow. I'll take my leave now but hope to be back later this evening. Bye for now xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx |
