Default Heroin/Methadone use in pregancy

I am looking for help finding research on the use of heroin/methadone in pregancy - from either mother's or midwife's perspective. I've found next to nothing so far.

Oh I printed out an article from the bjm recently as it had info on breastfeeding as well - i'll see if i can dig out the pdf for you - you can look up the references and see if theres anything useful x

I did a project on this in my second year. The book 'Drug misuse and pregnancy' really helped with classifications etc, and think there was stuff in there about meeting the needs of these women too:
