Default Re: moving away to uni or staying close???

Pros of staying at home.. cheaper, food cooked for you, washing done? more time to study as not having to do cooking/washing etc.. ermmm..... general support.. erm erm
Cons of staying at home.. Arguing with parents (if your anything like me).. uni life is different (although you wont get the 'normal' uni life on this course)

Pros of living away... new friends, nights out.. ermm... freedom, independence..
Cons of living away.. Expensive, less free time (cooking/cleaning etc) possibility of not getting on with the people you live with.. erm.. missing family?

Dunno..

I was in your situation 2 years ago.. I am from Stafford and live in Stafford.. But got offers from Stafford, Coventry and Worchester.. So had the option of living at home or moving away.. At first I really wanted to live away.. But looking at the logistics of it all, decided to stay at home.. I struggle for money now living at home and so not paying rent, I can't imagine trying to make my money stretch to pay rent as well! (even tho if I lived away my bursary would be slightly higher, but still not enough to pay rent)
