Hi Michelle,

I had a maths test for one of my interviews, and it included pretty much the same as the one Katie has listed.

Good luck with your interview on Monday.

Michelle80, I had a maths test for my swansea interview.
Go on this link and have a look at the example tests. Mine was exactly like one of these. It had to be done in 10 mins with a pass rate of 60% so i made sure i concentrated on getting 12 right!
Dont know wether they have given you much info on the one you have to do, as i know cardiff one is different as thats 45 mins.
Anyway it gives you some idea - hope it helps, they are not that hard!

Hi,
I had to do a math and English test at Greenwich, in order to get an interview on the day you had to achieve 40% i was advised to look at http://www.move-on.org.uk/ for example Q's. They were no harder than GCSE. I past the test but was unsuccessful at interview ;o(
Holding out for CCU.
Jo x Best of luck to all.

Thanks for that link. I believe I'll have a numeracy test at York and was wondering how well i'd do! What is the English test you did? Was it a timed essay or grammatical stuff like on a keyskills test? is it at level 2?
