How long for AQA access results?
Hi
Did AQA access - any idea how long it is before i get my results and what happens? DO they tell the uni or Ucas or do i wait for my cert or what?? Sorry to be so clueless just have no idea what i'm supposed to be doing at the moment!

Your college should contact your uni direct. Uni will then contact UCAS. I believe a letter from college is sufficient to make your place unconditional (providing you've no other conditions) though your certificate may take a little longer to arrive.

My certificate came to me and it was sent out recorded delivery. I did finish mine last Dec and only had the certificate last week though. You College will be able to write a letter to the Uni saying that you have passed.

I did my access course through AQA and have recieved a certificate from college to say what grades I got and to give to Uni, but my AQA certificate won't be ready until November... this is what I was told by college anyhow.

I wonder why its so different for everyone! I finished my access course at the beginning of July, i was hoping i'd have my certificate by the time i start in september...

We were told we probably wouldn't have ours before starting uni. Ours was with OCN though.
