i've tried both browsers i'm not very technical it looked as though it had downloaded but it hasn't shown up on my screen where do i look for it?

God i'm so stupid i've just asked my husband to have a look and it was there all the time lol i thought it would appear on the site i didn't realise it was on my normal page lol
