Default Mentioning names
Please can we all refrain form mentioning names on the site?

This is no slight on anyone personally, and they are all positive comments, however, confidentiality is an issue we all have to be aware of in the profession we are entering into, and as this site is public, it's best to avoid all mention of names and keep them to private messaging only.

Hope you all understand, it is to protect us, the site and most of all the people mentioned!

No Probs, Sassy! no one is getting told off!

Just precautionary really, postive mentioning soon turns to not so positive, and that's not so good. Confidentiality is a toughie and one we need to learn, hope everyone understands?

Thats fine, I totally understand. I would normally save names for PM's or MSN etc. I blame brain freeze from essays for my sudden lapse of confidentiality

Tbh, I did it quite a few times on another midwifery site, then I got a right ol' rollocking and then a nicer pm saying it prob wasn't very wise to mention names!
