yep cariblue!

cervical dilatation
fetal descent in relation to spines (-3 above, 0 at, +3 almost out!)
fetal position felt by suture lines of the skull and presence of that dimple thing which name escapes me- whether the baby is in ROA, LOA (hopefully)
how effaced the cervix is
cervical position

also, whether membranes are in tact
potential presence of Meconium
whether the cervix is thick/thin/well applied

For cervix:

position: posterior, mid, anterior
consistency: firm, soft, very soft - stretchy
length: not effaced, partially effaced, fully effaced
application of pp: well applied/not well applied
dilatation: closed through to fully

presenting part: breech, vertex (or, yikes!, brow, face, shoulder)
position: LOA etc...

vagina: warm and moist or otherwise
external genitalia: NAD or otherwise

erm...
