My fave is Myles, gets me loads of links for references and covers everything into pretty much enoughish depth, also Wylie A&P was useful in 1st year, and the midwives formulary brilliant gives all the drugs we give in our trust the midwives really like it, also Heart and Hands and Ina Mae Gaskin spiritual midwifery x

Default Book

Whilst Browsing in WHSmith in Lakeside today I came across a book called 'Call the Midwife' by Jennifer Worth. It's a true story about her experience as a midwife in East London in the 1950's.
It looks like a fantastic read but I had no cash on me and was in a hurry, thought I'd mention it and wondered if anyone else had heard of/read it and if so whats it like??
