Home Learning Course - Any ideas which is best?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone has any idea if there is a home learning course I could do which would help my application.

I have a degree in Human Biology but was thinking of doing something like this to give me more care experience/qualifications.

I have found some like NCC Care Skills but don't know how I find out if it's any good and whether the admissions people will actually like it!!!

Any help grately appreciated!!
