It appears so, some access courses will offer maths at level two as part of the course, not all do though, you may be able to do this separately at a local adult education centre.
i would contact your local college to enquire as to what modules you will be taking as part of your access course, and what credits it will give you at levels two and three to ensure you meet the entry requirements hth?

I am studying with DLC and you have to do maths and english as part of the access course if you don't already have the GSCE's. They are at level 2 (GCSE equivalent) and the other modules you do are all at level 3 (A level equivalent). Hope this helps Erin |
