I bought this book a few years ago when I was first thinking about becoming a midwife, might have been before I had my daughter! How sad am I

Anyway, its "Skills for Midwifery Practice", going to have a look through

I've got that too! I bought it 'caus I wanted to get a really good idea of all the 'hand's on' aspects of midwifery.

I can't live without this book!
It tells you everything about the practical hands on side of midwifery.

this is my favourite book!! I always have a look through before going out on placement again just to make sure i vaguely know what im doing!!

I've just taken it out of the library, been looking for a 2nd hand copy for ages!!! Wonder if the library will miss it....mwahaha!

My best friend bought me this book for Christmas last year when I was still waiting to find out if I had my place! I'm so grateful as I've heard that its a fab and really useful book from lots of people since then - I'm sure it will be really useful.

Love this book, brought it in preperation for starting, had a flick through and found myself reading it from front to back lol! Its so easy to follow and covers so much. I'm definatly going to be using it lots over the next 3 years
