Mostly direct debit forms to fill, the online ones can be paid for by card, but I paid for all of mine via DD!

i just downloaded the direct debit form, filled it in and put an estimated date of qualifying, the form is available on the link I postedabove and is exactly the same as the one I filled in in 2006, so I don't see why not guys?
